Okay so today was really boring so I was looking forward to training. Took Xinqi's car to RJC which soon got really crowded with sports heats competitors.
So the i-just-cant-wait-to-train me was being really high and then I found out I was the only sec 2 with no heats today. UGGH. And then, the sec ones who were not having heats too and I were waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for our dear Mr Tan. And guess what. HE DID NOT APPEAR.
PISS ME OFF ONLY LAH. Humph anyway I screamed my throat hoarse for Irmelia and Husena! (: They won 2nd and 3rd respectively for 200m yea (: (: (: Son now I owe Irmelia TWO packs of Mrs Field cookines. Later I cheered like hell for Xinqi dear toooo! Like, her victory rocked lar. So far ahead of anyone else. YEAH.
Chew and I then did 4 times of 120m sprints. My thigh was badly aching. Argh my sprinting technique is terribly terribly terrible now. I keep stumbling in the middle of the runs. ):
Irmelia's and my next target: get medal for 100mmmmmmm. (:
